How can I customize my pokerklas account?
You can choose your preferred general settings under Preferences in your pokerklas account. For example, you may set the following preferences:
- your preferred language
- your preferred date format
You can also choose your preferred communication settings under Communication in your pokerklas account. For example, you may set the following preferences:
- how to receive e-mail messages on our current events (newsflashes, weekly newsletters, bonus/promotional e-mails)
- whether or not to receive any e-mail messages from us at all
- whether or not to receive ordinary mail from us
- whether or not to receive info SMSs from us
- whether or not to receive updates on our partners’ special offers
Daily, weekly and monthly limits on your personal deposits into your account can be imposed under Deposit limits.
What features does my pokerklas account have?
Your pokerklas account is a control panel that lets you make the most of our services. For example, you need to be logged in before you can make deposits or withdrawals, place bets, etc. Under My bets you can view the bets you have placed and a list of all your account movements. Under Preferences, you have the possibility of specifying personal settings for your pokerklas account. You can also refer friends to our site as part of our friendship bonus program.
How can I request/unsubscribe from e-mail notifications (promotional messages, newsletter, etc.)?
Under Communication, you can choose from a list of periodical e-mails/newsletters you would like to receive on a regular basis and which you do not wish to receive at all. The changes will take effect within 24 hours.
How can I subscribe to/unsubscribe from the SMS news service?
Under Communication, you can subscribe to or unsubscribe from the Info SMS service. Changes will take effect within 24 hours. Please note that SMS messages will be sent to the mobile phone number you registered with or that you specified for the purposes of receiving notification of results.
You may change your mobile phone number at any time under Personal details.
